Middle School Commercial Arts and Electronic Media

 

Course Description: This course is for the High School Visual Arts Core Curriculum. Secondary media arts is an overview of traditional art media and new electronic art media used in modern communications. With an emphasis on studio production, this course is designed to develop higher-level thinking, art-related technology skill, art criticism, art history, and aesthetics. Recommended prerequisite for this course is Visual Arts 1 and 2. 

 

In my class, we focus mainly on learning the fundamentals of Photoshop, and using this program to create a variety of fun projects.
